We need to watch this story closely to find out how this young woman will be treated in court.  The judge and jury always want to blame the victim by saying the assault could have been prevented if she had not been participating in risky behavior.  A judge in California did not want to sentence a man properly because the judge felt the woman did not fight her attacker.  Let us she what the judge does in this case especially since the assault was taped by one of the aggressors.  Here is the story out of Florida
